Retention and deletion enquiries
For questions about how long your information is kept, or to request access, correction or deletion, contact chaaismoker@gmail.com. Include your enquiry reference if you have one, and avoid sending sensitive documents unless requested.
Website operation
With an enquiry, we record available network and browser information: the IP address supplied by our trusted hosting network, approximate IP-based location, browser and operating system, device category, language, time zone, screen and window dimensions, referring page and campaign parameters. This helps the team understand enquiry sources and prevent abuse. IP location is approximate and may reflect a VPN or network gateway; we do not request GPS access. Browser details are reported by your browser. These details are included only in the internal team notification, not your acknowledgement email.
Submission references and short-lived security identifiers help prevent duplicate enquiries. Form entries are not added to analytics or stored in browser localStorage. This website does not use advertising trackers or optional analytics cookies.
